Linear scaling is essential when you're setting the resolution under properties to 3840x2160 for any low-poly game like Sonic Superstars.
I've been using this with Sonic Superstars, but after closing the first app/game since rebooting the Steam Deck, the linear scaling filter no longer works/applies. Also, NIS is a total visual mess.
What did you expect to happen?
Linear scaling should always work no matter how many times you close and launch any app/game.
