We currently offer an extremely wide range of images. Many of which do not have any testing due to lack of hardware by Maintainers.

We currently build (not counting beta builds): 40 images each week. We build 8 Bluefin GTS, 4 Bluefin Stable, 12 Bluefin Latest, 4 Aurora Stable, 12 Aurora Latest. 4 Bluefin GTS, 8 Bluefin Latest, and 8 Aurora Latest are offered as hardware enablement for asus and surface images. That is 1/3 of our images that sliced for extremely small portion of our user base.

I propose instead, that the asus and surface offerings get consolidated into a single offering called hwe that has the fsync kernel and is only offered with the latest tag.

That would reduce us to the following:
4 Bluefin GTS, 4 Bluefin Stable, 8 Bluefin
4 Aurora Stable, 8 Aurora Stable

For 28 Images.

Beyond refactoring our builds, this also means that we can build images only from main.
