Can not rebase fedora-kinoite with kinoite-asus-nvidia

Ok we've rebased the images to use the ublue-os/main images instead of raw upstream, so next update you should have all the right keys.

Try the rebase to a signed image and that should work.

Same issue as in this report but with different image. Attempted suggested work around with unsigned and was able to rebase but was unable to boot as it is on 38 not 40 and passed the support date.
