The current spec has no mention of verse ranges/bridges (e.g., \v 3-5), or partial verses (e.g., \v 19b). AFAIK, these aren't uncommon uses, well certainly the first one when verse text is reordered? Would be good to mention if they're indeed allowed/expected.
Presumably only the hyphen should be used (not en-dash)?
