I couldn’t run your devcontainer:

2024-02-19 14:15:26.598Z: Error: An error occurred setting up the container.
2024-02-19 14:15:26.602Z: Error code: 1302 (UnifiedContainersErrorFatalCreatingContainer)

Since the error message is pretty useless, try to trouble shot as we did in class

still having the same problem
im trying to minimize the commands in the Docker file
