PXD-335 ⁃ Logout not clearing data

You can have 2 tabs open, log out in one and log in as a different user. In the second tab the email will update in the menu bar but the data won't get cleared/refreshed. Could be misleading wrt to data & access.

I have not observed the same issue when testing on my local computer. All the Gen3 services are the latest version pulled from master branches. I tested with two different user accounts and each of them has a separated project. I replicated the process Zac did before

• Open 2 tabs (chrome, firefox)
• User 1 log in with the first tab. The webpage is correctly rendered
• User 1 log out
• User 2 login with with the second tab. The webpage is also correctly rendered with all the project information: the chart, the submission summary, the submission logs.

Log in with a user that has access
Open dashboard in 2 tabs
Log out of tab 1, and log in with another email without access
Go to tab 2 and wait for it to refresh the username
