Schedule periodic jobs to prune docker images, containers, volumes, and networks #21

Add options to prune images, containers, volumes, networks (individually) or the entire system at set intervals. For each one, the -f option should be set so that there is not an interactive prompt for confirmation. For image pruning, there should be an option to remove all unused images, not just dangling ones.
