Feature request: Block color change on click

I think it wold be really cool if we could make it so that users had the ability to change the color of a block at will, without going through Development Mode.

Possible implementations:

• New block that allows user to change color of the block that executes before it to a specified color
• Right-click functionality with an option to change the color.
• Using the JavaScript block to run code to make the color change of the block
