People in the database disappears if they are no longer an employee for a long time. If we are trying to search for equipment by people, we can't trace back to the equipment that person used to use. We have to manually search by equipment's history (unsearchable) to find the person.

Anyway we can keep people's database from removing users?

People are not automatically removed from the database.
Someone has to take that action.
