Automatically send notifications before the 5-year anniversary of purchases

Once we have the history loaded, it would be beneficial to our PIs to send out notifications on a schedule before the 5-year anniversary of each purchase so the PIs know that time is up. I could see a notification at T minus 6 months, 3 months, 1 month, and 0 days.
