Flagship plot

Create a realistic plot to showcase the package. This should utilize all features, while still being scientifically relevant. As well, this shouldn't use private data. (An existing, published paper would likely be a good source of data.)

This plot will be used in documentation, publications, posters/presentations, and anything else where an illustrative example would be needed.
