Spec for metadata quality report for all CSphere collections (e.g., Dates, Type, Rights)

Report would include a summary of data values across all collections:

Lists of records:

• Records with data that doesn't conform to required specs (e.g., dates, type)
• Records that lack required metadata (type, identifier, rights, title, isShownBy, isShownAt)
• Records with metadata fields that have changed (data drift)
• Records with None thumbnail.path values (see https://cdlib.slack.com/archives/C069LNM1Q/p1732561005757309)

Counts

• New records added
• Missing / removed records

Add counts for OAC-harvested objects

• Running total of OAC-harvested records (presuming these would decrease overtime, as we replace OAC-harvested records with contributor's local systems)
