JPEG2000 image is rendering blank

Issue originally found in a PDF

Attached PDF contains a JPEG 2000 image (JPXDecode filter), which is rendering blank when renderred using PDFium.
Test.pdf.
This has also been reported to Chromium:

Issue image is also tested as JPEG2000 file.

We have extracted the image from the PDF (Expected.jp2 in attached zip)

This file as been tested with IrfanView v4.53 as well as Corel Paint Shop Pro 2019. It is being shown as expected in both applications.

This is the same as #715. The codestream is truncated compared to the size advertized in the Psot field of the SOT marker segment.
