User request: Same MPI location for DAG and MODI #8

DAG HPC notebook do not have same MPI location as MODI HPC notebook, which means DAG can't be used as fallback when MODI resources are fully booked.
Not sure if this issue has been addressed. Raised in internal ticket 32614.
