Confusing naming of demo modules

I was confused by the naming of “Refinements 101” and “Refinements 102” in the dropdown menu after seeing the module names Intro and Refinements101Reax the respective demo files. It left me looking for Refinements102 for a bit until I looked in your GitHub repository.

To avoid future confusion, you may want to review the naming of the modules and their links to make sure they're consistent with each other.
