Tool to validate and troubleshoot user's ~/.bashrc file, e.g.

Diff it to the factory reset
Shellcheck it
Diff resulting envs from it and vanilla one
Look for missing (dropped) folders in PATH and other search path env vars
Provide options for factory resetting (with a backup of the old file)
Report on Conda bring activated by default
