Wildcard for autoformat rules

This proposal is specifically for one case: auto format ordered list with numbers > 1.

Currently, only 1. is matched. However, when user has built a long list, they may need auto format starting with an arbitrary number. Therefore, a matcher like "\d+\. " instead of "1. " is needed.

Implementation

I'm considering add a matchRegex option or whatever to getPointBeforeLocation and autoformatBlock. Not sure if autoformatMark and autoformatText should support it.
