Allow nested structs

Currently struct types are not allowed to be nested java classes to avoid name clashes during code generation.

By allowing struct types to be nested (eg. nested struct types), more concise code can be written. If a name clash occurs, the annotation processor will simply fail at compile time and it's up to the user to fix it.
