Describe the bug
Resolve the issue preventing the delete button from functioning properly.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Theatre module'
Click on 'patient name'
Click on the procedure, then click on the action
See error

Expected behavior
We need to squash this bug and get users to delete with ease.
