Disable the email field after sending an email in the shibboleth no email flow

As soon as the user clicks the send button (~0:0:30 in the video below) the email field and the button should become inactive (no changes and no clicking possible) or the form should be replaced with some sort of content saying "we've sent you and email, follow up from there"
