Allow SQLite to be used for the database by the backend instead of MySQL
As a dev, it is a bit cumbersome to have an entire MySQL instance running on my machine whenever I'm working on the backend API
SQLite is a lot lighter on system resources and easier for new developers to setup (as users, etc. don't need to be setup)
