Consider making a contacts page

Many websites will have a page with a contact form and/or links and email addresses to contact them directly. We do have all of our links in the footer, so I don't know if it is necessary as it just adds more to maintain and clutters the site. Another option would be to add a new field to the about page. My question is, do people think we need one?
