Description

The name of the source code directory in sorc should be the same as that of the executable.

Solution

ufs-weather-model => ufs_model.fd
UPP => upp.fd
arl_nexus => nexus.fd
UFS_UTILS, AQM-utils => create a link to the source dir for a specific executable in UFS_UTILS/AQM-utils
