Hello,
I'm trying to build UFS MR Weather App to one of supercomputers, not included in the config_machines.xml.
But, I'm struggling with the messages that the supercomputer generates for users whenever loading or purging some modules.
The messages do not mean any errors, but just help users understand the environment changes.
However, there seems a step within CIME to stop all the process when the system gives any message.
After ./case.setup, I entered ./preview_run then I got the following errors:
ERROR: module command /apps/shared/crayadm/software/module/3.2.10/bin/modulecmd python purge failed with message:
'craype-mic-knl' dependent modulefiles were removed
But, again "'craype-mic-knl' dependent modulefiles were removed" is not an error message of this system. It just let users know the environment change.
Is there any way to let the CIME ignore those message?
Thank you very much in advance.
All the Best,
JSK
