Switching from GPL to MIT licensing #1

It has been decided that switching our licensing to MIT is the best course of action. We are unable to cover the entire project with an umbrella license as we are utilizing libraries and other APIs. This means that specific files containing licenses needs to be specifically changed.

The project needs to go through the licensing and switch any of our GPL licenses with MIT
