Stack traces dumping in wrong location

focus on this line of text

log4j:ERROR setFile(null,true) call failed.
java.io.FileNotFoundException: /usr/local/pkg/tomcat/logs/stacktrace.log (Permission denied)

Need to change Config.groovy to point the dcmd/tomcat/logs directory to avoid the permissions problem.
For example:

log4j = { 
    appenders {
        rollingFile name: "stacktrace", maxFileSize: 1024, file: "/home/dcmd/tomcat/logs/stacktrace.log"
     }
 }
