Does the API provide us the ability to determine which items have been designated 'authoritative' and which have not? See the first result here: https://www.arcgis.com/home/search.html?q=idaho%20dairy%20industry

Let's indicate which items are 'authoritative' if we can access the value of the parameter through the API.

For testing, we can add the authoritative badge if the orgName and the source in the item's fields are the same. Otherwise can add the 'deprecated' badge.

We will wait for an update from Open Data API including a field to make it easy to check the authority of the dataset.
