Feature request: Disable matrix output

In some cases the results are very sparse and the output written to the file specified with the --pairs option (-p) is more useful than the matrix output. An option to turn off matrix output to stdout or the file specified with the --output (-o) option would be useful in order to save time when this file grows very large.
