Things done:

• Added the option to include an external data set with selection=False as default
• Added a stratification functionality
• Combined stratification with ml_simulation (demonstration)

Things to discuss

• Default values for selection and stratification
• How to specify the arguments for the functions (especially in case the parents are not the first ones)
• Should we keep the values from the selection and stratification nodes?
• Adding a measurement error that is different from the ones used in the simulation.

The measurement error added to a given variable is not included in the calculation of the value of variables that depend on this variable.
