Requirements show wrong requirements text depending on requirements openend in other windows #262

To reproduce, in an instance of Hanfor do:

Open a requirement R1 (formalisation dialog) in one browser window
Open another browser window by dublicating the current window (STRG + drag window handle in Firefox)
Open another reqirement R2

The requirements text shown for R2 is the same as for R1.
Everything else is ok and belongs to R2 as far as I can see.
