Signature Page Formatting Out of Date

I turned my signature page for my thesis proposal in to Malaika today, and she informed me that the formatting for that page has changed somewhat and the changes aren't reflected in the template. In particular, the "Computer Science" under the chair of faculty title has to change to "College of Information and Computer Science", and the outside member has to be listed explicitly as "Outside Member" rather than "Member".

I'll try to make these changes myself in the next week or so.

The college name is also out of date now.

Adding the line \departmentname{Robert and Donna Manning College of \\Information and Computer Sciences} will render in a college approved manner.
