After creating a non-mandatory dropdown field, the editor is unable to unselect any options. In the past, editors could choose a blank value.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new Umb.PropertyEditorUi.Dropdown | Umbraco.DropDown.Flexible field on a doctype
2. Create a new node instance
3. Select an option. You will not be able to unselect an option afterwards.

Expected result / actual result

I would expect non-mandatory dropdown fields to allow the editor to select an empty option to not specify a field value.

If amending this, looks like it needs to be handled upstream in the uui-library, as the same behaviour is shown there:

A simple adjustment could be to have a property action to clear/reset value similar to this via a button:

It is something implemented on some property editors like MNTP and Block List IIRC.
