出现 Error watching files: Too many open files (os error 24) 错误要怎么排查？

在 https://github.com/tachybase/tachybase/pull/5/files 项目中，我们原本 umi 使用的场景没有那么复杂，所以期望能平滑切换到 mako，实际上 build 的过程很顺利，但是开发过程遇到了这个问题，而且不知道怎么解决这个问题。

复现方式：
