Posting and commenting: some imrpvements about anonymous mode and comments of own content #4609

When posting anonymously, the user who posted anon, should have the ability to comment on that particular thread also anon.
The user who posts in a discussion should have the ability to turn off commenting or disable comments at any point.
the user who posts should have the ability to delete other people's comments only in his/her thread.
