ICSLink() URLs for feed events broken (404) #54

I have a calendar at domain.tld/calendar with one ICS feed subscribed. ICSLink() is generating URLs like domain.tld/ics/announcement-0/20140605T100000-20140605T120000 for events in the ICS feed. Those URLs are resulting in 404 errors. Are those URLs correct, and if so, how do I make them work properly? I will continue to debug, but I don't know much about Silverstripe's Director, so any help would be appreciated.

By the way, I initially encountered this in version 1.0.1, and have now upgraded to 1.0.5 and still see the issue.
