Error during upload: 'IllegalArgumentException' related to GEOS 3.10.2

The following error is produced when uploading this Shapefile (available until March 31, 2025):

IllegalArgumentException: Cannot compute the quadrant for point (0,0)

The upload process completes despite the error.
The problematic feature is not imported into the MapX database (1'999 features in the Shapefile versus 1'998 in the MapX table).

From what I found online, this message is related to a bug in GEOS 3.10.2 that has since been fixed: shapely/shapely#1364 (comment).
Upon verification, it is indeed version 3.10.2 of GEOS that is installed in the MapX API Docker image.
