MAPX_PROJECT_CREATORS is not used in the expected way

I just noticed that for a user to be able to create new projects in MapX their id must be listed in the env variables in MAPX_PROJECT_CREATORS and MAPX_ROOT_MODE_MEMBERS. If they only appear in MAPX_PROJECT_CREATORS, the Add a new project button is activated and clickable but then, no panel is loaded in the UI. There are no errors in the console or in the logs.
