Feature: Allow user to dispatch list of benchmark on a device

This is the mirror issue of #225. A user may want to run all existing benchmarks in metriq-gym to a given device. Not applicable ones or stalled ones should be skipped. This amounts to a simple list or wrapping of current schema. There could be an except option like for pytest tests.

This would be useful to get a full photography of a device at a given time.
