motor tools not working with A1

hi, my A1 motor has stopped working and I am trying to debug it using the motor tools
i connected a 10mb usb to rs485 adapter and ran sudo ./swboot /dev/ttyUSB0 (I checked the device name)
the motor doesn't appear in the list. i get the following output:

Total 0 motors

does the motor tools work with A1? is there any other tool? I would really appreciate your help since I can't use my motor and the A1 robot right now.

Hello! According to the document, the motor tools only support the Go-M8010-6 motor.
