fix_gpg_agent_IPC_error

If you get this error:

gpg: can't connect to the agent: IPC connect call failed
gpg: can't connect to the agent: IPC connect call failed


Then , please run :

printf '%%Assuan%%\nsocket=/dev/shm/S.gpg-agent\n' > ~/.gnupg/S.gpg-agent

 and also do export GPG_TTY=$(tty)
