From @francoistanguay: "Loading..." textblock in the Loading template for now.
Simple template for now and we will revisit once @jeromelaban updates the ToDo app to net6 are done and the ToDO app is running on net6.

Yes, Yesterday I added "4.0.1 Task List - Loading", "4.0.2 Important List - Loading" and "6.1.1 Search - Loading" Screens in M3 File
