When any user is logged into Spotlight then they should be able click on the hyperlink “Spotlight Help”. When a logged in user clicks on “Spotlight Help” it should open in a new window with the Spotlight Research guide URL.   Please add this link to the right of the hyperlink “Digital Exhibits”.
