As a user submitting content to the archive,

I want the item types available in the submission form to match those from the previous system (DSpace 6),

so that I can accurately categorize my submissions according to the familiar structure.

Description:

Currently, the submission form in the new system contains item types that do not fully align with those used in the previous system (DSpace 6). This user story focuses on reviewing the item types in the new submission form and ensuring they match the item types from DSpace 6, maintaining consistency and continuity for users familiar with the old system. Any new item types that have been introduced in the current system should be evaluated for relevance, and if necessary, adjusted or removed to avoid confusion.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Match DSpace 6 Item Types
  • Ensure that all item types from DSpace 6 are present in the current submission form.
  • If any item types are missing, they must be added to the new system.
