Metadata record missing dc.date.available field

We expect to see three separate date fields in the record for ETDs (electronic theses and dissertations):

1. dc.date.accessioned
2. dc.date.issued
3. dc.date.available

Post-migration, the first two dates are appearing as expected, while dc.date.available is missing from batch-ingested ETDs. The same ingest script manifested display of dc.date.available pre-migration. This field is important because it conveys the date by which the file will be available to the non-UO patron if there is an embargo.
