Hi,
When you send an email from VE, the logo is correct except for the background color, which is blue instead of Oregon green. This one email apparently is controlled from the Customization files.
Our email customization may be woefully out of date or something. I'm not sure where it came from, but it doesn't seem to specify a blue background color anywhere. I'll have to look into this some and I'll let you know what I find.
I have no idea what's going on here. I can only get it to email me at work, not my personal email address where I could more closely examine precisely what's being sent, but everything their documentation suggests appears not to be the case. The template we have right now has absolutely nothing blue in it, and in fact should be green! Corey created it over two years ago, so it must have been working at some point....
I'll have to put this on the back burner again. If you have time, though, can you ask any of your contacts about changes to email templates? I'm certain there's something new (or semi-new) we're missing.
