I imagine this is a page load issue, but I don't know how to test that.
Miriam reported that she doesn't always see the section for Summit libraries load in Primo pages, even if they should be there.
She wrote: I search for any title or set of words in Primo. I open an item record. Sometimes the list of Summit libraries that hold the item appears. Sometimes the list does not. If I refresh the page, it tends to show up. If I do a new search, it tends to show up. So it is hard to show what's happening, as I would have to spot the glitch in the moment and take a good screenshot at that moment. And that's not necessarily going to give you additional info about why or how it is happening. One other person has told me they've seen this happening over the past year or so -- it's not a new glitch. The holding summit libraries list just does not always load. I do not need follow up for me.
If you think I should pass this along to Ex Libris, let me know.
Thanks.

Ugh. Hard to know if this is ExL, alliance code, or if it's some kind of funky conflict in the way we've done things. I'm leaning toward ExL, but there's just nothing we can show to prove a root cause for something like this....

The only customization on our end that seems like it could be relevant is one which ensures the summit region is collapsed by default, but I don't see any way this would change its visibility - it is only supposed to set the collapsed status.

I guess for now keep me informed if this seems to be more common, or if there's any common elements for those who notice it more often....
