Deploy ERC-1056 SmartContract to Arbitrum mainnet #67

The ERC-1056 contract is already deployed to Arbitrum Sepolia. We need to repeat for mainnet (Arbitrum One)

Chain ID 42161

We want to be consistent with other mainnet chains and thus we need to use this fixed address:

0xdca7ef03e98e0dc2b855be647c39abe984fcf21b
