Should show namespace column in gitops summary

Might want to put it in the same column as cluster
(eg blue:workforce, blue:gitops)
But also these vary quite rarely. So maybe we define a default namespace (ie workforce), and only display namespaces if they diverge from the default).

Or maybe I'm overcomplicating it all.
