What should be corrected on the page?

In the text, Erasistratus the First corresponds with Arāsisṭrāṭus al-Awwal. The Arabic version and the English version should match.

How should it be corrected?

Either add "the First" to the headword or create name variants for English and Arabic, in which the title is included.
