Send out follow-up interview emails to schedule interviews

As a follow-up to our Alumni survey, several participants expressed an interest in having an in-person interview. This ticket is to craft the email to send to the participants with a calendly link to schedule an interview with me.

Tasks:

• Create an email that reminds participants of their selection in the survey
• Include specifics around the interview (20 minutes, over Zoom, etc)
• Should include an opt-out message as well
• Include a calendly link to schedule interviews

AC:

• Email created
• Email includes a reminder of the interview given and the participant's volunteer for a follow-up interview
• Email includes the specifics around the interview - time length, zoom, questions, etc
• Email includes a calendly link to schedule
• Email includes information on how to opt out if the participant is no longer interested

Chris Cairns from Skylight reached out with a desire to participate in DITAP curriculum updates and reform. Just flagging this as we movee from audit into improvements - would anyone like to talk with him? He's got a lot of ideas and has been at the forefront of gov digital for a while, and would be a good resource.
